If ye’d like to deactivate or permanently delete yer account, please follow the instructions belaw.

Account Deletion Requirements

Ye can only request account deletion if the follaeing conditions are met:

• There are nae ongoing delivery disputes
• There are nae orders in verification or processing — a' orders must be fully completed
• There are nae payment disputes
• There are nae outstanding payments

14-Day Grace Period

• Aince ye submit a deletion request, ye’ll hae 14 days to reverse the decision
• After 14 days, yer account and a' associated data will be permanently deleted
• The deletion process may tak up to 2 days to complete
• G2G will retain transactional data as required by legal and tax obligations

For PC Users

• Please contact G2G Customer Support to delete yer account
• Ye will need to provide:
  • The email address linked to yer G2G account
  • The reason for yer account deletion request
• Be sure to use the same email address or account ye originally registered wi
• If ye contact support using a different email, we may require identity verification

For Mobile App Users

• Ye can delete yer account directly within the mobile app
• Nae need to contact customer support
