2. Click the “Sign Up” button frae the tap menu
3. Ye can register usin ony o the follaein methods:

• Connect via Facebook, Google, Twitter, or PayPal
• Or sign up wi yer mobile phone number

Troubleshootin Sign-Up Issues

• Mobile Number Requirement
  Only mobile phone nummers are acceptit for registration.
  Landlines and VOIP nummers (e.g., virtual nummers) wull no receive OTP codes.

• No OTP Received / "Limit Exceeded" Error
  If ye’re usin a valid mobile number and still dinnae receive the SMS OTP, or see a "Limit exceeded" message:

  • Contact G2G Support
  • Provide yer fu phone number includin the international dialin code sae we can look intil it

• “Try Again Later” Message
  If ye’ve tried OTP requests ower oft, ye’ll receive a “try again later” notice.

  • Wait 24 hours afore tryin again
  • Or contact support wi yer full phone number (wi international code)

• Phone Number Already Registered
  If yer number is awready linked tae an accoont:

  • Use the login function and click “Forgot Password”
  • The reset email will be sent tae the email linked tae yer accoont
  • If ye’ve tint access tae the registered email, contact support and provide phone bills frae the last 3 months tae verify yer identity

• Phone Number Blacklisted
  If ye receive a “Phone number blacklisted” message:

  • This number cannae be used tae register or update yer accoont
  • Ye’ll need tae use a different mobile number
  • Please note: this restriction is no imposed by G2G, and G2G support cannae owerride or assist wi blacklisted nummers

• Users may see a blacklisting notice durin registration or phone number update
• If blacklisted, the only solution is tae register wi a new mobile number
• G2G cannae remove a number frae the blacklist due tae system restrictions
