Whan a sold order reaches Completed status, payment will be issued as Seller Credit (except for Singapore users). Seller Credit can then be withdrawn to your selected payment gateway on G2G.

The disbursement fee and ony applicable tax deductions depend on your region’s regulations. A' sellers are required to upload delivry proof ilka time a delivry hae been completed.

Definition o Completed Status

An order is considered Completed whan:

1. The buyer confirms delivry via the order page.
   (Sellers are encouraged to notify buyers to confirm ance full delivry hae been made.)

2. If the buyer doesnae confirm receipt, the order will be automatically marked as complete three (3) days eftir full delivry.

3. For Account services, seller credit will only be issued afore the insured period, ance the order is fully completed.

• Bank transfer account holder names maun be entered using English alphabet only.
  The G2G account name and the payment account name maun match exactly.
  Ony mismatches or uise o non-English characters may cause withdrawal failure and result in bank fee losses.
• Sellers maun be verified in order tae request payment withdrawals.
• The actual amount received may vary based on payment gateway fees (if applicable).
• Your local bank may impose intermediary bank fees or additional charges whan receiving payments.
  It is advisable tae check wi your bank afore making a withdrawal.
• For cryptocurrency withdrawals:
  • Sellers are responsible for covering the network transaction fee, which varies by coin and network conditions.
  • The amount cannae be pre-determined. Please check the current fee using your preferred wallet or exchange.
• For PayPal payments:
  • Ance the payment is sent, G2G cannae cancel or amend it. Sellers maun contact PayPal directly for ony changes.
• Payoneer Service Termination in Russia:
  • New registrations frae Russia were closed as o December 1, 2022
  • Final withdrawal date: December 1, 2022
  • Services ceased completely on December 16, 2022

  • New registrations for payees residing in Belarus will be closed as o September 1, 2026
