A sellar is considered inactive if they hae nae logged intae their G2G account for a specified period.

2. Service-Specific Delistin

The delistin process is based on the type o service. Ilk service category hae its ain inactivity threshold afore offers are automatically remuived:

3. Advance Notification

Sellars will receive an email minder 3 days afore their listings are scheduled for remuival due tae inactivity.
For example, if the delistin threshold is 30 days and a sellar has been inactive for 27 days, they will receive an email promptin them tae log in and maintain their offers.

4. Exemption for OpenAPI Offers

Offers managed through OpenAPI integration are exempt frae delistin.
If a sellar has baith OpenAPI and non-OpenAPI offers under the same service, anely the non-OpenAPI offers will be examined for inactivity.

5. Impact o Future Rule Changes

If G2G updates the inactivity duration settins in the future:

• The new rules will immediate apply tae users wha are logged in at the time o the change.
• Users wha are logged oot at the time o the change will bide under the previous rules until they log in again.
• Anece logged in, the new duration settins will apply tae their account gaun forrit.
