14. Penalties for Violating Rule 1 or 2

    • First offence: Temporary suspension
    • Second offence: Permanent suspension and freezing o store credit.

During the withholding period, the platform may, if need be, deduct funds frae the seller's available credit limit tae cover ony losses, compensations, refunds, fines, or ither liabilities arising frae the seller's transactions or actions.

Manual Top-Up Policy

1. Eligibility
   Manual top-ups are only available tae sellers at User Level 30 or abuin.

2. Payment Restrictions
   Credit caird payments are no accepted for manual top-ups. Attemptin tae uise ane will result in immediate suspension.

6. Reserve Funds
   10% o funds will be automatically reserved for each successful order.
