Diablo Immortal: Delivery Proof Requirement

Gold Delivery

Delivery proof must be submitted as a video recording.

The video should demonstrate the following steps clearly and completely:

1. Search for the item(s) listed by the buyer in the in-game marketplace
   

2. Locate an item that exactly matches the buyer’s listed price and item attributes. Your current Platinum balance must be visible in the video.
   

3. Complete the purchase of the item that corresponds to the buyer’s specifications.
   

4. Show the notification that says 'Purchase Complete' and display your updated Platinum balance in the top right corner. The decrease in Platinum must reflect the completed transaction.
