Face-to-Face Trade

1. Screenshot showing your inventory
2. Screenshot showing the recipient’s character name
3. Screenshot showing the delivery amount
4. Screenshot showing the notice “Trade Complete” after the trade is accepted
5. Server name

Mailbox Delivery

1. Screenshot showing your inventory
2. Screenshot showing the recipient’s character name

Guild Bank Delivery

• Trade Log screenshot showing successful withdrawal by the buyer

Auction House Delivery

1. Screenshot showing “Purchase Completed” with inventory opened
2. If the item does not show the seller’s character name, confirm the item details with the buyer to ensure only one listing matches

Other Delivery Methods

Delivery proof should show:

• Recipient name
• Delivery amount
• Trade complete notification
• System message confirming completion
• Server name

Additional Submission Guidelines

1. Upload delivery proof promptly on the Sold Order page.
   If proof is not submitted on time or not found in the order page, it will be treated as no proof submitted.

   • Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv
   • Max file size: 100MB per file
   • Max upload: 150 files per order

2. For orders over USD 500, a video proof must be kept.
   Some games may require video proof regardless of amount — refer to this guideline

3. All screenshots that confirm transaction completion must be included

4. If the screenshot or video is not in English, include a short explanation or translation

5. G2G may cancel the order if false or invalid delivery proof is submitted
