Chargeback Protection

Chargeback Protection applies whan a buyer files an unauthorised payment dispute (chargeback) direct wi thair bank or payment provider.

GamerProtect WILL NO cover sellers gin:

1. Product or services no as described.
2. Non-delivery o an order.
3. Intentional fraud or scam. A seller's account will be permanently suspended, an G2G reserves the richt tae recall aa payments disbursed tae the seller an pursue legal action.

Complaint (Product) Dispute

Complaint (Product) Dispute applies whan a buyer files a complaint direct throu the G2G platform regairdin product-relatit issues. In this cases, sellers maun:

1. Comply wi G2G’s Terms o Service.
2. Deliver the product or service exactly as described in the listing.
3. Upload valid proof o delivery within the stipulated timeframe.
4. Mak sure the proof submitted meets G2G’s delivery proof requirements.

Gin valid proof o delivery is no submitted within the required timeframe, G2G will assume that nae proof was provided, an decisions in dispute cases will be made accordingly.

GamerProtect WILL NO cover sellers gin:
Sellers wi a high number o complaints or disputes, G2G reserves the richt tae tak action sic as refundin the order, withholdin payment, or suspendin sellin privileges.

Submittin Proof o Delivery

Whan the buyer clicks "Order Complete", it doesnae automatically release the siller tae ye. Ye maun upload valid delivery proof immediately efter compleetin an order. Aa delivery proofs maun be uploaded direct throu yer Sold Order page on G2G. Submissions sent via email will no be acceptit.

Gin nae valid proof o delivery is uploaded within the stipulated timeframe, G2G will assume that the seller didnae submit proof, an decisions in case o disputes will be made accordingly.

File Requirements

• Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv
• Maximum size:100 MB per file
• Maximum quantity:150 files per order

For orders exceedin USD 500.00, sellers are required tae keep a copy o video proof. Certain games may also require video proof regardles o the trading amount—please refer tae our guidelines.

For Account Services, this includes screenshots o account information sic as login email an password, which ye submitted throu G2G tae the buyer.

For games that support email notifications: Screenshots o sic notifications indicating changes made tae the sold account, sic as login IP or device changes.

For ither game services, screenshots or video proof maun show the buyer’s character ID an the quantity afore an efter the delivery.

Any screenshots tae validate the completion o transactions maun also be includit as proof. G2G reserves the richt tae cancel the order gin the seller is found tae hae submitted incorrect or fause proof o delivery.
