যদি আপনি device switch করিছেন বা Clash Royale account র ownership transfer করিছেন, তইলে old platform থে current account unlink করবার লাগবো। এই guide-এ কেমন কইরা unlink request করবি আর successful transfer-র লাগি কি প্রস্তুতি লইব, তা explain করা অইছে।

Account Unlink Request কেমনে করবি

1. Clash Royale চালু করো আর main screen-র top-left corner-এ থাকা Settings icon-এ tap করো।
2. Help and Support-এ tap করো।
3. Bottom-right corner-এ থাকা Email icon-এ tap কইরা Other Questions select করো।
4. তোমার default email app (যেমন iCloud Mail, Gmail) খুলবো, আর Supercell Support-র লাগি আগেই লেখা email দেখাইব।
5. Recipient বা subject পলাইয়ো না। Email body-র প্রথম লাইন-এ account unlink করার reason লিখো।

Account Unlink করবার লাগি দরকারি তথ্য

Seller-এ নিম্নলিখিত details দেওয়া উচিত, যেইগুলা support-এ পাঠানো email-এ অবশ্যই include করবার লাগবো:

1. Game account name
2. Clan affiliation (যদি applicable অয়, clan name include করো)
3. Experience level (blue star icon-এ দেখানো number)
4. Last login-র date and time
5. Account creation date (month আর year)
6. যেই city or country-তে account create অইছিল
7. Game খেলার লাগি ব্যবহার করা device model
8. Purchase history
   • যদি gems কিনা অইল: প্রথম আর latest 5 receipt-র screenshots দেও
   • যদি কোনো purchase না অইল: সহজেই "No purchase" লিখো

Original Owner-র দখলে account ফেরত নেওয়ার risk কমানোর উপায়

Account পাইলে সুরক্ষিত রাখবার লাগি:

1. Platform account (Google/Apple ID)-এর linked password তৎক্ষণাৎ change করো।
2. নিজের payment method দিয়া gems purchase করো, যাতে account-র ownership history update অয়।
3. Seller-র কাছ থে full account information নাও আর নিজের device-এ unlink request complete করো।

Platform অনুযায়ী scenario

Seller আর buyer-র platform অনুযায়ী unlink করার step আলাদা অইতে পারে:

Seller: iOS | Buyer: Android

• Already linked:
  Seller unlink request করবো, তারপর buyer-র Google Play-এ link করবো।
• Not yet linked:
  Seller buyer-র Android device-এ link করবো। তারপর buyer আগের Game Center link cancel করবার request করবো।

Seller: iOS | Buyer: iOS

• Already linked:
  Seller unlink request করবো, তারপর buyer-র Game Center-এ link করবো।
• Not yet linked:
  Seller current Game Center থে unlink করবো, তারপর buyer-র Apple ID-তে link করবো।

Seller: Android | Buyer: iOS

• Already linked:
  Seller unlink request করবো, তারপর buyer-র Game Center-এ link করবো।
• Not yet linked:
  Seller buyer-র iOS device-এ link করবো। তারপর buyer আগের Google Play link cancel করবার request করবো।

Seller: Android | Buyer: Android

• Already linked:
  Seller unlink request করবো, তারপর buyer-র Google Play-এ link করবো।
• Not yet linked:
  Seller Google Play থে unlink করবো, তারপর buyer-র Google account-এ link করবো।
